How It Works

Straight talk.
Fast starts.

No 90-day discovery phases. No binders that collect dust. Five steps, every engagement.

The Philosophy

Built to be
temporary.

Every engagement is designed with the exit in mind from day one. A short, focused intervention that leaves your team stronger and more capable than before.

"I am not here to stay. I am here to make sure you never need another consultant."
No long-term dependencyThe engagement ends when the work is done and your team can run it.
Fixed scope, clear deliverablesYou know what you are getting before I start. No scope creep.
Priced on value, not hoursThe goal is results. Billing by the hour creates the wrong incentives.
Ongoing check-ins availableMonthly or quarterly sessions available after engagement close to guide and redirect as needed.

The Five Steps

Every engagement.
Same process.

The steps do not change. Scope, depth, and timeline adjust to fit the situation.

01
Discovery Call or Facility Tour
30 Minutes

A direct conversation — or a walk through your facility. No pitch. No deck. You describe the situation and I assess whether this is a fit and what the right approach looks like.

Common Questions

Straight answers
to the questions
people actually ask.

How long does a typical engagement run?
Weeks to months depending on scope. A focused project may be weeks. A fractional COO engagement may run longer. Scope is defined upfront so there are no surprises.
How is this different from a traditional consultant?
Traditional consultants advise and leave. I embed in the operation, take ownership of outcomes, and do not exit until the work is done. The accountability structure is fundamentally different — including the money-back guarantee.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
Both, depending on what the engagement needs. On-site is often valuable for manufacturing and distribution environments. Remote works well for program management and systems work — and often saves the client money.
What size company is this right for?
Companies between $1M and $50M in revenue across manufacturing, distribution, and high-growth technology environments.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Outcomes and guarantee terms are negotiated and agreed at engagement start before any work begins. If those outcomes are not delivered, money comes back. Base expenses are retained. Everything above that is tied to results.
Is there support available after the engagement ends?
Yes. Monthly or quarterly check-in sessions are available after the engagement closes to guide, coach, and redirect the team as needed — keeping systems from drifting and people on track.
